Crystal A asked:

Just bought a loft that has AMAZING windows. They start at 4 feet high and go to 12 feet.
My idea is this between a wall and a “column” wall is one of these said windows.
There is 12 inches of cove like space. The window is also another 6 inches from the wall.

I want to build a Bookcase in that space that matches with the windowsill then put cushions on top and have it secure enough to sit upon. I would be using a small ladder type thing to get to the top of the seat.
Any suggestions

Tamara
