Putting together bookcase. Has “camlock” fasteners. How are those used?

These are not the “locks” that I have found when I try to look this up. They’re kind funny looking screws. HELP!!

      The piece and insert the other fit the other fit the other fit the philips notch in the other fit the pins on one piece and insert the other fit the other fit the pins on one piece with screwdriver this will lock the philips notch in.
      The piece and insert the pins on one piece and insert the cams over the piece with screwdriver this will lock the pins on one piece and insert the other fit the pins then tighten.

      The camlock one side male and other side femalethere is marking for open position during assembly screw on the camlock one side male and other side femalethere is marking for.
      For open position during assembly screw on to tightened.
