Mainstays 5 Shelf Bookcase - replacement parts?

I have a Mainstays 5 Shelf Bookcase but threw away the directions and need to order replacement parts. I know when I originally purchased the bookshelf earlier in the year it was missing some of the pegs to make the shelf adjustable and I was able to order new parts. I’ve since moved and have lost some parts and need to order new ones. Can someone assist me on how to go about ordering new parts? Thank you!

      Mainstays is a walmart brand, try contacting walmart customer service.
