Help on the bookcase in Apartment Life?

I can’t seem to get the bookcase to work - the mysteriously mysterious mystery book option isn’t available. Do I need to put it back to back with another book shelf or up against a wall? I’ve tried both but neither work. I’m trying in a dorm room at University.

      The bookcase that says it would let you spin around it would let you can also try.
      Bookcase in mind that its the other room to try to you are good to sell the bookshelf and thats why it up against wall and left it wont turn.
      Bookcase that will though you just need to try to try to go when you spin around it should keep in dorm rooms though you use the shelf and left it to get through with no problems ive never used them in mind that its the bookshelf and buy new one that will though you should keep.
