Building a wall2wall bookcase, floor/ceiling aren’t level. What would be the best way to level the floor?

Floor seems to be about 1/2 to 3/4 inchs high on left side. Ceiling is higher on right side. Planning on just leveling the ceiling from the shelve sides and have shelf uprights support it, but need the floor base level to accomplish that.
